Pool Access Information

We are excited to announce that the pool is scheduled to open from May 5 through September 28, with pool hours from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

As you may know, a new access system was installed at the end of last season. To request access to the pool, please visit the community website and complete the online fillable form:https://trinitycrossinghoa.com/homeowner/pool-access_2025.aspx

You may complete the form for yourself or, if applicable, on behalf of your tenant.

Important Notes:
• Once your form is submitted, you will receive an activation email from Paxton between 2-3 business days if not sooner.
• Due to the volume of requests, please allow 2–3 business days before following up.
• To check on your request or if you have any questions about pool access, please email poolkeys@legacyswhoa.com.
• Be sure to check your spam/junk folder, as the activation email may be delivered there.

Attached to this email, you will find a User Guide with instructions on how to register, download the app, and activate your mobile pool key.
