Reporting an Issue

In an effort to maintain and improve the infrastructure within Trinity Crossing, we

encourage all residents to report any issues observed throughout the community. Kaufman MUD District 5 has a simple tool to help streamline this process.

Examples of issues to report to MUD include:

·Water service or billing issues

·Roads or sidewalks

·Street signs

·Landscaping – common areas only

Tips for submitting your ticket:

·Attach photos or videos whenever possible (file size limit is 4.5 MB).

·Include the nearest address or intersection to help pinpoint the issue.

·Submit one ticket per issue for better tracking and follow-up.
